My pictures taken here are bad as i told you taking pictures in the night in my home is terribly bad sorry peeps!
Ingredients
4 eggs, separated
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp soy milk powder
mozzarella cheese for fillings
Method
- Whisk egg whites with sugar until medium peak. Mix in egg yolks until well combined.
- Sift plain flour and soy milk powder over the batter and mixed until well combined.
- Warm some olive oil on a frying pan over low heat, add in the batter and cover with lid until the top of the sponge cake starts to bubble, flip over, add some mozzarella cheese on the top then fold the sponge cake into half, flip over again and cook for another 1-2 mins and serve warm.
