The Cupcake That Got Me Swooning

I tend to get very lazy once in awhile so i would always be searching for recipes that requires only a couple of steps and easy steps that doesn't require a mixer lol! yes, i'm really that lazy at times, and by coincidence, i came across this a couple of days ago......

These little pieces are very soft, melt in your mouth texture and during baking the fragrance will waft through your house. So what exactly are these?

Have you guessed what these delicate pieces are?
They are ............. Vegan Coconut Cupcakes! Everyone knows coconut milk itself makes delicious cakes of all sorts so how could an Asian like me resist them? The best part is of course its Vegan! no butter or eggs hehe! okok i know i am showing my laziness! but everyone gets their lazy bones once in awhile don't we?
Coconut Lovers don't miss out trying these cuppies!

Looks good & soft! The cupcake must be fragant since it has the coconut milk & dessicated coconut.

Thank you so much for posting the link to my Vegan Coconut Cup Cakes! These are my favorites! But you've got to try them with a fragrant coconut oil instead of canola! The difference is incredible and I think healthier than canola. ENJOY!
