Korean Okonomiyaki

I bought this Korean Okonomiyaki Pre-Mix a week ago at a Korean supermarket near Jalan Sultan and i decided to make this for dinner tonight ohh its yummylicious with tons of cabbage~~~~~

I don't have a exact recipe for this to follow its all base on my estimation you can add in any ingredients you want to the batter its all individual taste buds.

Korean Okonomiyaki
Ingredients
  • 250gms Korean Pre-mix flour
  • 425ml of water
  • 2 tsps of vegetable seasoning or any seasoning that you have at home
  • Half a cabbage cut into thin shreds
  • 1 cup of mini crab meat imitation (or crab sticks cut into slices)
  • 1 cup of thailand sweet radish
  • some garlic minced

Directions
  1. Mix the flour and water with a hand whisk until the flour dissolves
  2. Add in the cabbage and crab meat to the flour mixture combine well set aside
  3. Heat up some oil in a frying pan fry the minced garlic until golden brown then add in the sweet radish and fry til fragrant set aside
  4. Heat up some oil in a non stick frying pan over low heat scoop the flour mixture into the frying pan and flatten it (a thin okonomiyaki taste better for this pre-mix) then scoop a spoonful of fried radish and spread it on the top of the flatten okonomiyaki
  5. Pan fry each side for 5mins or depending on how crispy you want i like mine very crispy so i cooked for more then 5mins =)
  6. Serve with your desired sauce or plain taste just as nice
