Tutorial On Unmolding Chiffon Cakes

Sometime back i saw some videos on unmolding chiffon cakes and i would really like like to share with all my blogger friends! No more ugly holes or cracks for your chiffons, its also picture perfect! Now lets have a look at the videos!

Hi Jess,
Thanks for sharing these interesting videos. I still can accept the 3rd video, how to unmould the chiffon. But the 1st one quite scarry, I don't think I dare to press down then to unmould the chiffon. Hahahaha My confindent level is not that high. LOL.

DG like you i was afraid to press the chiffon down but in the end i took the risk! and the chiffon really bounces back to the original shape! amazing right! try it you will be amaze!

I always unmold by hand too... but then sometimes it doesnt work for me, cos my chiffon cake is a failed work... hahaha...

all these method seems new to me and like DG, i was surprised to see how the cake was being pressed down in video 1, you also did this too?

That's really very helpful! But I think I need some courage to press it down...lol! Will test it out on my next chiffon. Thanks for sharing!

lena hehe yes i took the biggest risk! lol i press all the way down! but i did try video 3 as well but the most perfect result is still video 1.. v3 method may cause un-uniformed unmolding so v1 is still the best way.. try it lena!
